Processing Time All Chow Poppy orders are handmade in small batches in Wichita, Kansas. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before it ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship via USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within:

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Perishable Products Our snacks are made fresh in small batches. We recommend opening and enjoying your order promptly upon arrival. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been handed off.
